• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for outdoor placements.
• Knowledge of print production, materials, and pre-press for large-scale formats.
• Ability to create clear, impactful designs readable from a distance.
• Familiarity with file prep for OOH formats (bleed, CMYK, high-res).
• Experience with brand guidelines across formats; meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, especially for high-visibility outdoor placements.
• Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and pre-press requirements for large-scale formats.
• Ability to create designs that are clear, impactful, and readable from a distance.
• Familiarity with file preparation for various OOH formats (e.g., high-resolution scaling, bleed, color profiles such as CMYK).
• Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting creative concepts across multiple formats and sizes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced advertising environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, marketing teams, and production staff.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or digital billboards (LED screens) is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant OOH or large-format design projects is required.
