Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc. is seeking a skilled graphic designer with 2+ years in design and at least 1 year in product packaging/label design. The role involves updating packaging, producing new graphics for ingredients and nutrition facts, and managing barcodes for SFI products.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, ensuring accuracy of packaging changes, and overseeing GS1 Philippines barcode registration and communication of approvals to departments.

Qualifications

• College graduate, any course.
• At least 2 years experience as a graphic designer.
• At least 1 year experience in product packaging and label design.
• Good communication skills; basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of packaging and label design projects.
• Monitor product changes and update packaging accordingly.
• Generate and manage product barcodes for SFI products and register with GS1 Philippines.

Job description

1. Ensure timely completion of projects

2. Monitor product changes and update product packaging

graphic files accordingly (new ingredients, nutritional facts, CPR, other important details to change)

3. Ensure bromides are checked and approved before plate or cylinder production

4. Review and approve LSDs from suppliers before initiating mass printing

Product Barcode Management

1. Generate barcodes for SFI products (Item Barcode and Case Barcode)

2. Ensure correct barcode with no duplication and register to GS1 Philippines for approval

3. Disseminate a memo of approved barcode to respective departments

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: College graduate, any course

Experience: At least 2 years experience as a graphic designer

Minimum years of directly-related work experience: At least 1 year experience in product packaging and label design

Essential skills/traits: Good communication skills, basic Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
