Responsibilities

• Design custom graphics for sublimation printing on a variety of products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, sportswear, home décor).
• Prepare artwork files for production, ensuring accurate color profiles, resolution, and file setup for sublimation (CMYK/RGB, bleed lines, mirrored designs, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, or internal departments to understand design requirements and project goals.
• Adjust and manipulate artwork to meet customer expectations and printer capabilities.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and artwork files.
• Stay updated with sublimation trends, print techniques, and material limitations.
• Support the production team by troubleshooting design issues related to print quality.
• Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Artist; sublimation industry experience is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of CorelDRAW is a plus.
