Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a motivated early-career engineer based in the Philippines to support the Technology Systems team. You will assist with multi-disciplinary projects, contribute to technical documentation, and learn through hands-on collaboration across disciplines such as AV, ICT, security, and smart building systems.

Training and mentoring are provided to develop engineering skills. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of experience and a degree in engineering, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years relevant professional experience.
• Proof of English proficiency (e.g., IELTS) required.
• Ability to work across disciplines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of Technology Systems Consultancy under discipline Leaders.
• Assist with leading small to medium multi-disciplinary projects.
• Support Technology Systems Clients and internal teams.
• Engage in planning, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with REVIT/BIM and other modelling tasks as required.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
