You will work with senior engineers on process optimization, participate in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S, and develop data-driven reporting using Excel and PowerPoint. Fresh graduates with a B.E./B.Tech in Industrial/Production Engineering are welcome.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Fresher (0–1 year) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Understand manufacturing workflow, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Monitor production parameters, machine performance, and process compliance.
• Assist in manpower allocation, shift planning, and WIP monitoring.
• Escalate production issues promptly.
