Revolut is launching its Graduate Programme 2027 for ambitious graduates who want to start a career in fintech. Over 12 months you’ll work on real projects, tackle challenging problems, and gain hands-on experience across product, design, engineering and data teams.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll identify how AI can solve high-value problems, guide product strategy, and build models, data pipelines and evaluation components to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Predicted or achieved first-class degree (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's or master's in CS, AI, DS, math or related STEM field.
• Graduated in 2025, 2026 or 2027.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Knowledge of ML fundamentals, DL frameworks and NLP/LLM techniques.
• Hands-on experience building/evaluating ML/AI models.
• Solid mathematical and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027.
• Willingness to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment.
• Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days in office.

Responsabilités

• Own the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features using LLMs and ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to turn prototype models into scalable features.
• Build and optimize data pipelines, prompt workflows, and model integration components for AI assistants and automation tools.
• Set goals, metrics, and roadmaps to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
