Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking a motivated GPS Installer to fit devices across diverse vehicles and perform fieldwork around Metro Manila. You will configure equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document installations accurately in forms and logs.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license with motorcycle ownership, and ability to travel across NCR. We offer benefits including health insurance, overtime pay, and mileage support.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or short course certificate in automotive or electrical technology.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience in GPS Installer, Car Accessories Installer or Automotive Technician roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and owns a motorcycle; able to conduct fieldwork across Metro Manila/NCR.

Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles; configure devices and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze root causes and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Complete installation and service documentation (forms, reports, logs, etc.).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain customer trust by handling service information confidentially.
