Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate Specialist in Governance, Risk and Compliance (TCF) to support our compliance and risk management activities in the Philippines. The role covers audits, policy adherence, incident investigations, and risk mitigation across programs and stakeholders.

You will work with Operations, IT, Security and client services to ensure robust controls, effective governance, and timely reporting. This position is based in Cagayan de Oro and requires full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and control frameworks.
• Experience performing internal audits or control testing.
• Ability to identify risks and recommend mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits and monitoring across programs.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements, policies and regulations.
• Track findings and corrective actions with SLAs.
• Support incident investigations and action closure.
• Develop dashboards and reports for governance oversight.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Security, HR and Client Services.
