Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking an Associate to support Goods Flow operations in our stores. You will use IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability, while ensuring safe and efficient goods flow.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, forklift certification or related skills, strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team or independently. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
• Forklift Certification or related forklift operation skills preferred.
• Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range.
• Strong time management, ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in all tasks.
• Quick learner, asks questions when unclear.
• Flexible, adaptable to changes in daily tasks.
• Team player but able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in the assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to maximize stock accuracy and product availability for customers.
• Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation in a lean, simple, cost-conscious manner.
• Support the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in team goal setting.
• Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and assist colleagues to prevent incidents.
