Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in retail management.
• Strong background in managing large-scale operations, expansion initiatives, or regional retail networks.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, high-demand retail or FMCG environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all store locations to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support large-scale expansion.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs to improve productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store and operations teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for retail operations.
