Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, seeks a compliance professional to manage classifications and export controls under PH regulations. You will resolve JC escalations, perform HTS classifications, and support investigations while coordinating with the PH Trade Compliance team.

The role requires engineering/technical background and experience with global trade classifications, EAR/ITAR, and U.S. export controls, with hybrid onsite work in Batangas area.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Classification experience or familiarity with the process.
• 5 years of relevant experience with technical product information or engineering details.
• Engineering and/or technical background.
• Project management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver results in regulatory environments.
• Experience with WCO/HTS classifications preferred.
• Experience with US Export Regulations (EAR, CCL, ITAR, USML).
• 1-3 years in Global Trade/export classification matters.
• Familiarity with Collins/RTX trade compliance processes and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work under Philippines regulations for customs and ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Perform JC analysis and resolution of escalations.
• Classify HTS codes and validate classifications.
• Support investigations of export/import compliance activities.
• Analyze business/tech needs for export authorization requirements.
• Maintain a compliance log for blocked/released documents.
• Assist in implementing processes and instructions for JC/HS classifications.
• Collaborate with PH Trade Compliance team to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance before release/processing of key documents (SO/PO for SAP GTS).
• Work independently and respond promptly to requests, with good cross-functional communication.
• Adhere to EHS practices across the site.
