Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support our growth and ensure efficient order fulfillment. You will coordinate replenishment planning, interface with customers, and collaborate with overseas teams to ensure timely processing of orders and smooth imports for PH customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields, at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or supply chain roles, and knowledge of SAP/JDA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and related fields.
• 2 years’ experience in customer service, planning, procurement or supply chain-related role.
• Knowledge of SAP and JDA is advantageous; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment planning – lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, manage demand, supply, and inventory.
• System processing and maintenance – SAP PO processing and related updates. Review JDA/SAP exceptions.
• Shipment monitoring – track shipments and coordinate updates with internal/external parties.
• Demand planning – coordinate with sales to provide realistic demand input.
• Inventory management – coordinate with warehouse and lead stock counts.
• Supply chain reporting – provide data and analysis for internal teams including month-end close.
• Internal complaints – coordinate with sourcing/QA to close cases.
• Finance reporting – support monthly/quarterly finance reports.
