• 10+ years in supply chain leadership with global organizations.
• 3+ years managing offshore/global capability center teams.
• Proven expertise in compliance, process improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GCC-wide supply chain strategy, overseeing procurement, vendor management, and compliance.
• Partner with IT on ERP and supply chain technology systems to optimize operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, process streamlining, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Govern vendor data management and performance through KPIs and reporting.
• Manage and enhance externally provided business services, including issue resolution and compliance oversight.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across US for seamless operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Oversee budget, resources, and staff performance for procurement functions.
