Job summary

ANZ is seeking a Sanctions Capacity & Performance Manager to lead global sanctions investigations, ensure timely processing of alerts and cases, and drive operational excellence across jurisdictions.

You will manage SoW reviews, SLA reporting, and oversight of FCTM functions while delivering strategic initiatives that align with AML/CTF and sanctions policies. Hybrid work arrangement in the Philippines is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience using Active Operations Management (AOM).
• Experience in financial crime, risk, or compliance with AML/CTF and sanctions knowledge desirable.
• Strong banking product, process, and procedure understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support capacity and performance of global sanctions investigations across jurisdictions.
• Drive operational discipline using bank-wide tools and frameworks (AOM).
• Provide data-driven MI and regular SLA reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead SoW reviews with internal stakeholders and maintain oversight of FCTM functions.
• Deliver initiatives that support business priorities and regulatory obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring AML/CTF compliance.
