Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) invites applications for a Senior Manager, Group Resilience Advisory Lead to drive BC and OR across the group. Based in Manila and Bengaluru, you will manage a small team, partner with senior internal customers, and embed resilience standards across divisions to withstand disruption.

You will lead governance, develop training materials, and advance Group resilience objectives in a fast-paced, regulated environment, leveraging UK/Global standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering BCM in a global organisation.
• Solid understanding of Operational Resilience principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience documenting standards or guidance and managing senior customers.
• Proven leadership of BCM and Resilience teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to internal customers across divisions; drive BCM and OR requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of BCM and Operational Resilience specialists in Manila and Bengaluru.
• Report progress at governance forums and drive resilience improvements.
• Collaborate with other resilience disciplines to embed resilience across the firm.
