Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an EH Associate, Sr. Associate to provide operational regulatory support for designated countries and regions. The role ensures timely, high-quality regulatory submissions, coordinating with CRS, ILA, and other stakeholders across global regions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and fluent English, with opportunities to work across dossiers, submissions and lifecycle updates while maintaining regulatory compliance and leveraging digital tools for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or IT required; Associate 2+ years, Senior Associate 3+ years.
• Fluent English language required; multilingual skills desirable (incl. Portuguese in LatAm EH).
• Proven technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and use new software, regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools; familiar with regulatory systems and document management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lower to medium complexity regulatory activities for assigned products and/or dossiers.
• Authors, reviews, and maintains local regulatory documents (Module 1) for submission categories/markets.
• Manage submission timelines and provide regulatory support to tenders, product quality reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
• Lead project management activities for regulatory submissions, including timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely submissions.
