Job summary

St. Paulina's Marketing Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Import Buyer to manage international sourcing and import logistics.

You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, issue POs, and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliant, cost-effective imports of goods and materials. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 2–5 years of purchasing/global procurement experience.
• Deep knowledge of Incoterms 2020, FX rates, customs clearance, tariff codes, and international trade documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead time.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts using Incoterms 2020.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to plan shipments and manage import documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, holds, or damage while ensuring compliance with customs rules.
• Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and forecasts to determine reorder points and prevent stockouts.
