Thales is seeking a Project Manager in the Philippines to lead delivery of customer solutions, coordinate with multi-site teams, and drive value through up-sell opportunities. This hybrid role focuses on managing scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 2 years of experience as a development or production engineer.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management (specification, design and team).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the customer’s solutions in line with contract specs, time, quality and cost.
• Identify up-sell opportunities during delivery or maintenance to increase solutions and services for assigned customers.
• Lead project teams across international stakeholders and remote sites.
• Develop the project management plan and monitor risks, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with pre-sales to support quotations and feasibility studies.
