Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or business.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IT field and/or bankcard industry.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administration and creation of business metric reports across mainframe and distributed environments for senior/executive management.
• Assists with developing and maintaining predictive modeling tools to enhance scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of production files.
• Administers automation products, applications, and business processes to maintain data and spreadsheet reporting.
• Supports training and communicates with production teams; gathers data for trending, decisioning, and reporting.
• Identifies tuning opportunities to improve run-time optimization and collaborates to remedy issues; develops analytical tools.
• Provides operational support for Business Continuity and conversion/deconversion activities.
