Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years in supply chain planning/optimization using modelling & design tools.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Validate and implement advanced supply chain models and tools to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop and maintain network optimization models to evaluate hypotheses and strategic alternatives.
• Translate complex business problems into optimization models using tools like Supply Chain Guru.
• Utilize organizational systems for data collection and project benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate optimization model inputs and outputs via data automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project recommendations with organizational goals.
• Manage multiple tasks and tight timelines concurrently.
• Develop SME knowledge in Network Modeling and analytics.
