Job summary

blaseek seeks an experienced Global Manager of Organic Search & Social Intelligence to own multi-market organic visibility and digital intelligence strategies. This hands-on leader will drive social listening, GEO with AI discovery tools, and oversee technical SEO across global web properties.

The role blends strategy with execution, balancing data-driven insights with stakeholder leadership to translate findings into prioritized roadmaps and tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Digital Marketing, Organic Growth, or Digital Analytics managing global programs.
• Hands-on with Sprout Social, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with GEO or Generative Engine Optimization in AI discovery environments.
• CMS knowledge across enterprise platforms (AEM, WordPress Enterprise, Drupal).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with clear action planning.

Responsibilities

• Own social listening strategy and governance across markets.
• Build and maintain centralized dashboards for regional/global leadership.
• Lead SEO/GEO audits using Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Coordinate across markets to align requirements and resolve bottlenecks.
• Draft technical tickets and supervise CMS updates and testing.
