Job summary

InspireX seeks a Technical Project Manager in Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid) to drive the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing software projects. You will bridge global clients with engineering, QA, and UX teams, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met across regions.

You’ll apply Agile/Scrum expertise, manage project plans and roadmaps, and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance planning, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated project management experience in software development outsourcing, IT consulting, or remote delivery environments.
Deep, practical expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
Proven track record managing client-facing projects with international stakeholders.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve planning, documentation, reporting and delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of custom software projects from initiation to release.
Ensure strict milestones, sprint goals, and deployment deadlines.
Coordinate across Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to remove blockers and streamline handoffs.
Establish structured, predictable communication loops with external stakeholders.
Monitor project health with regular reporting and risk management.
