Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine resident.
• Willing to work the night shift aligned with U.S business hours.
• At least 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally as a Senior Associate or higher.
• Experience with international accounting (U.S. and/or E.U. markets) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post manual journal entries for recurring transactions.
• Lead the month-end closing and reconciliation process.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation for both US and EU subsidiaries.
• Prepare customer billings and maintain a master file for subscription revenues.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation.
• Drive accounting system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
