Job summary

P&G in Manila offers a Finance & Accounting Internship within our Business Operations program. You will work on a project across areas like Record to Report, Payments, Banking, Tax and Internal Controls while receiving on-the-job training and mentorship from P&G managers.

As a BTA intern you will perform administrative, technical, and operational tasks, gain exposure to finance and procurement, and have the chance to transition to a full-time role after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or graduating student of Finance or Accounting-related courses, available January or February 2027.
• Top talent with less than two years to graduate, interested in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong leadership, takes initiative and collaborates well with others.
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Support internship tasks across finance and operations as part of assigned projects.
• Receive mentorship and work with a global team on day-to-day operations.
