Qualifications

Internship start dates cannot be deferred.
Available to start January 15, 2027.
Open to voluntary or required internship; if voluntary, 12 units or less.
Must commit to full-time internship (3x onsite, 2x work-from-home, 8 hours/day).
Top talent, current university student with less than 1–2 years to graduate.
Demonstrates partnership, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
Experience leading groups or teams, formal or informal.
Driven to overcome barriers and deliver results.
Confident collaborating with people from different levels and backgrounds.
Able to derive insights from data to inform business decisions.
Desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
Takes initiative and shows flexibility.
Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
