Think engineering. Think Aurecon. Aurecon is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the NZ Building and Infrastructure Advisory, based in Manila.

You will enable project managers and engineers to focus on delivery and client engagement through effective information tracking and communication across teams. This role offers exposure to diverse projects across geographies, with opportunities to contribute to schedules, budgets and reporting

Qualifications

• Highly organized with proven ability to influence others who are working in remote locations to get tasks completed on time.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Good financial acumen.
• Able to actively and positively participate within a team.

• Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Managers in the running of projects.
• Coordinating timely delivery of technical projects.
• Preparing monthly project forecasts.
• Analyzing project performance.
• Assisting with problem-solving.
• Updating resourcing schedules.
• Preparing detailed reports or sections of reports.
• Overseeing project document control.
• Organizing meetings, recording and sharing actions.
