Job summary

ING is seeking a Data Modeling Analyst to help shape the future of financial crime prevention. You will analyze data retention requirements across 20+ countries and systems, and support implementation through an internal orchestrator tool.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders in an Agile environment to follow ING's retention policies and drive compliant data practices worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, math or economics/business.
• Minimum 3+ years in IT process or software development/implementation.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into designs, in financial crime or compliance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data retention requirements from 20+ countries and diverse systems.
• Support implementation of rules via an internal orchestrator tool.
• Communicate with business/technical stakeholders across countries.
• Define milestones for data retention roadmaps aligned with ING policies.
