Job summary

Manulife Global Client Reporting Analyst role oversees end-to-end client report production across Asia. You will gather, validate and consolidate data to deliver accurate Fund Factsheets and Investment Management Reports for institutional clients, with a strong attention to detail.

Hybrid work arrangement in Quezon City (3 days onsite). A finance-related bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience, plus excellent communication and time management, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Hybrid work arrangement with 3x onsite reporting in Quezon City
• Knowledge of securities and investments is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• End-to-end preparation and quality checking of Fund Factsheet across Asia
• Prepare periodic Investment Management Reports for Institutional Clients
• Produce complex custom or tailored reports upon client or business unit requests
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to meet data/Llanding SLAs
• Identify data accuracy issues and improve data presentation
• Assist process and data improvement projects
• Respond to recurring and ad hoc client reporting inquiries
