Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• Internship experience or academic projects related to marketing, branding, product development, merchandising, or retail are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing brand strategies and initiatives for assigned product categories.
• Assist in the development of new products, including packaging design, product naming, branding, and labeling requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer trend analysis to identify opportunities for product and brand growth.
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches, promotional activities, and brand campaigns.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across product packaging, marketing materials, and other customer touchpoints.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback, and recommend improvements to the Brand Manager.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and brand performance analyses for management review.
• Track project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Maintain organized records of product information, brand assets, and project documentation.
• Perform other brand management and product development responsibilities as assigned by the Brand Manager.
