Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking a Business Analyst – Asset & Liability Management (ALM) to shape and implement ING's global ALM solutions. You will work with Risk, Treasury, Finance, Modeling, and Technology to deliver enhancements and regulatory initiatives.

You will own ALM and IRRBB processes, analyze requirements, perform data analysis and validation, and support testing and releases in a collaborative international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years in banking or financial services.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of ALM, IRRBB, or related domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and continuously improve ALM and IRRBB processes and reporting workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate complex needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Perform data analysis, validation activities, and root cause investigations.
• Support the implementation of new functionalities, process enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Technology teams.
• Coordinate testing activities, production releases, and business sign-offs.
• Help ensure operational stability while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
