You will translate complex requirements into scalable architecture, guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with industry standards.

This is a senior role requiring leadership of automation programs and collaboration with governance to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• BachelorA0s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with automation and CX-related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into functional and technical architecture design.
• Own and guide the development team to ensure project delivery.
• Ensure automation projects are designed effectively and on time.
• Perform extensive code reviews with engineers.
• Develop front-end and back-end with tests and standards.
• Align with SLA requirements and governance constraints.
• Plan and design the technology solution structure with estimates.
• Communicate system requirements to development teams.
• Oversee programs and provide guidance until delivery.
• Solve technical problems as they arise.
• Ensure implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
• Report updates, risks and issues to governance.
