Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for vehicle units, revenue, and gross margin.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team (sales executives, sales ambassadors, intake staff) to meet performance goals.
  • Monitor pipeline and lead generation: ensure follow-up of prospects, conversion rates, and closing ratios.
  • Develop and manage dealership promotions, local events, campaigns and special offers in coordination with marketing.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as units sold, average transaction value, gross profit per unit, customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work closely with F&I and credit/loan partners to ensure smooth processing and maximise profitability per deal.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards (in this case the JETOUR brand), company policies, legal/regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting and inventory planning for the sales department.
  • Liaise with after-sales/service department to manage trade-ins, exchange programmes, and ensure high customer retention and repeat sales.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service, professionalism, ethics and teamwork.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, including obstacles and opportunities.
  • Identify training needs and work with HR/training to upskill the sales team.
  • Maintain strong local market knowledge (Bulacan / Central Luzon) — competitor activity, pricing trends, customer behaviour, and demographic shifts.
  • Represent the dealership at events, with local business organisations and with key stakeholders (banks, financing companies, manufacturers’ reps).
Qualifications / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills — able to motivate, coach and develop sales personnel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset: able to interpret sales data, KPIs and make strategic decisions.
  • Good understanding of vehicle financing, insurance, automotive aftermarket and dealership operations.
  • High level of integrity, customer service orientation and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends) as many sales operations run extended hours.
  • Familiarity with the local market (Bulacan / Central Luzon) would be an advantage.
