Job Overview

The General Manager will lead overall retail operations and drive organizational growth, his role oversees daily operational performance, strategic planning, and business development to support the company's aggressive expansion goals. The General Manager will ensure operational excellence, develop strong teams, and maintain high standards of customer experience across current and future store locations.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all store locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support large‑scale expansion, including opening new branches in both urban malls and community‑based areas.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs to improve productivity and overall performance.
  • Ensure effective coordination across departments, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
People Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop store and operations teams to build a high‑performance culture.
  • Implement training, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.Foster strong teamwork, accountability, and customer‑centric values across the organization.
Financial & Business Management
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for retail operations.
  • Monitor P&L performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Approve operational expenditures and investments aligned with business goals.
Expansion & Market Development
  • Lead the operational readiness of new store openings, including site evaluation, mall coordination, and store launch management.
  • Build strong relationships with mall operators, property groups, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance retail footprint and drive market penetration.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across all locations.
  • Drive initiatives focused on service excellence, operational improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold high standards for store presentation, service efficiency, and overall retail quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, mall requirements, and company policies.
  • Oversee operational audits, risk mitigation plans, and safety protocols.
