Job summary

Weave Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage general ledger activities, including fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing for US-based operations. You will lead month-end close and ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance with strong internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in GL or finance, proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed assets, intangibles, leases, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing in GL.
• Lead month-end and year-end close for timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Maintain internal controls and IFRS compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in annual audit.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support system implementations and upgrades.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Working time: Mon-Fri, US Pacific Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform Fixed Asset, Intangible Asset, Lease, Inter Company Transactions, Transfer Pricing, Prepaid, GRIR, Stock Rotation, Legal and Professional Accrual, Tax activities related to the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis


• Play key role in the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting


• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement


• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and in accordance with IFRS


• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in annual audit


• Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A, and other departments to ensure the integrity of financial data


• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures


• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations


• Support various system implementation and upgrades


• Mentor and support junior accounting staff, providing guidance and oversight as needed


• Assist with special projects as needed


• Working time: Monday to Friday, US Pacific Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
