Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with analytical ability.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to take on responsibilities beyond core accounting functions when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including customer collections and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Prepare sales reports and perform sales reconciliations.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Assist in tax compliance activities and prepare supporting schedules for tax filings.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Record financial transactions using Xero or other accounting software.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support cross-functional projects and perform additional accounting responsibilities as the business evolves.
