KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to support financial operations, reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance across multiple business entities. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, month-end processes, and supporting AP/AR functions while analyzing freight and logistics expenses.

The ideal candidate has solid accounting principles knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Experience as Assistant Accountant or similar role desired.
• Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency.
• Familiarity with BAS, Payroll Tax and regulatory filings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing financial statements across entities.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Support AP/AR processes and management reporting.
• Analyze freight and logistics expenses for cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
