Job summary

RCX Recruitment Inc. seeks a capable professional to support accounting and tax functions in Laguna. You will coordinate with external firms for BIR reports and tax filings, while also handling routine admin duties such as travel arrangements and visa processing for expatriates.

The role includes HR support tasks, attendance monitoring, and maintaining employee records, along with data preparation and internal reporting. A stable career history and 3–5 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in general accounting, especially tax-related tasks.
• Overall 3–5 years of professional experience; young professionals welcome.
• Stable employment history required; avoid frequent job hops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities
