Job Description

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any course related to Accounting
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and procedures
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bookkeeping is an advantage
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date journals and ledgers.
• Ensure proper documentation of transactions (receipts, invoices, vouchers).
• Prepare monthly financial statements:
• Income Statement
• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
• Generate production and cost reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
