Job summary

Code1 Tech is seeking a hands-on GenAI / AI Agent Developer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions for software development and enterprise productivity. You will work with LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks, with GitHub Copilot as the primary platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot as an enterprise alternative.

Design prompts, workflows, and tool integrations; evaluate outputs; and collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development, AI/ML, GenAI experience.
• Hands-on GenAI/AI agent development experience.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
• Practical RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) experience.
• Prompt engineering and LLM-based app development experience.
• GitHub Copilot and/or MS 365 Copilot experience.
• SDLC processes and developer productivity tools familiarity.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs, enterprise apps, repos, or development platforms.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Ability to take AI use case from concept to deployment.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on GenAI / AI Agent Developer with experience in building and implementing AI-powered solutions for software development and enterprise productivity.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot. The primary focus will be on building SDLC productivity and automation agents, with GitHub Copilot being the preferred platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot as an alternative for enterprise workflow use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered agents for real-world business and software development use cases.
• Develop SDLC productivity and automation agents to improve developer efficiency across the software development lifecycle.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
• Integrate GenAI solutions with development tools, repositories, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Build use cases around code generation, code review, documentation, testing, debugging, developer assistance, and workflow automation.
• Work with GitHub Copilot as the preferred platform for SDLC-focused agent development.
• Explore and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot for enterprise productivity and workflow automation use cases.
• Design effective prompts, agent workflows, retrieval strategies, and tool integrations.
• Evaluate LLM outputs and continuously improve the quality, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Stay current with emerging developments in GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and Copilot technologies.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, AI/ML, GenAI, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI/AI agent solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
• Practical experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based application development.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and developer productivity tools.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, repositories, or development platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or other relevant programming languages.
• Ability to independently take an AI use case from concept - development - testing - deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot / GitHub Copilot extensions or agentic capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, security, and responsible AI practices.
