Job summary

EY in the Philippines seeks a Power Apps Developer to design, build, and extend Power Apps solutions across canvas, model-driven apps and Power Pages. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, translating requirements into secure, scalable apps using the Power Platform.

You should have 1+ years of Power Apps experience, knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/C#, and familiarity with DevOps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Power Apps canvas app and model-driven apps development.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing Power Apps model-driven apps and Power Pages with hands-on customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility.
• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET, SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in other Power Platform practices such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Power Pages.
• Knowledge regarding Power Platform licensing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Basic understanding of DevOps for Power Apps in Dynamics 365 and data reporting.
• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Power Apps Developer

Responsibilities

• Helps design, develop, secure, and extend a Power Apps application using Microsoft Power Apps model-driven apps / Power Pages.
• Understanding, designing, testing and workflow capturing requirements of existing and proposed.
• Build Model-Driven Power Apps, Canvas Power Apps, or Power Pages to meet requirements of clients and business.
• Support team and organization in growing capability with Power Platform
• Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
• Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.
• Provide estimates for pipeline work
• Build external-facing portals using Power Portals
• Build Flows & Robotic Process Automations (RPA) within Power Automate

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Power Apps canvas app and model-driven apps development
• Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing Power Apps model-driven apps and Power Pages, including in-depth understanding of customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.
• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET, SharePoint Online. (one or more)
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in other Power Platform practice such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Power Pages.
• Knowledge regarding Power Platform licensing
• Familiarity of Microsoft Power BI
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Apps model-driven apps in Dynamics 365. Candidates must expose, store, and report on data.
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
