• Accurately and safely dispense fuel to customers while providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and assisting with other needs such as oil checks or windshield cleaning.
• Equipment Maintenance & Safety: Regularly inspect fuel pumps and equipment for functionality, ensuring all safety protocols are followed to prevent spills, leaks, or accidents.
• Store Organization & Stocking: Maintain a clean and organized fueling station, restocking supplies such as windshield cleaner, air fresheners, and other convenience items while keeping the area free of hazards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, provide assistance, and handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting supplies, and handling fuel dispensing equipment.
• Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to fuel dispensing, including handling emergencies and using personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
