Job summary

Kingsway Petroleum Inc. is seeking an experienced Station Supervisor to oversee daily fuel station operations, cash handling, inventory, and staff performance at our Manila-area location.

You will supervise daily activities, monitor sales, manage deliveries and reports, handle customer and tenant concerns, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with Accounting, HR, and Management. Leadership, organization, and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Gas station, retail, warehouse, or similar operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable handling reports, inventory, cash, and account monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily station operations and staff.
• Monitor daily sales and fuel inventory.
• Monitor cash handling and cashier accountability.
• Monitor P.O. accounts and credit transactions.
• Check fuel deliveries and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Handle customer and tenant concerns.
• Monitor station equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with Accounting, HR, and Management.
