You will document repairs, ensure safe handling of customer devices, and perform quality testing to confirm proper function, while upholding safety and quality standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot defective gadgets, electronic devices, and related equipment.
Perform repair, replacement, testing, and maintenance of electronic components.
Inspect gadgets to identify technical issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
Conduct quality testing to ensure repaired devices are functioning properly.
Handle tools, equipment, and electronic components safely and properly.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and device status.
Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of customer gadgets and equipment.
Provide basic technical assistance and explain repair findings when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.
At least Technical/Vocational Graduate in Electronics, Computer Technology, or a related field.
With basic knowledge and skills in electronics, gadget repair, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Keen attention to detail and quality of work.
Good time management and ability to work efficiently.
