Execute local activities to increase branch reach.
Build and maintain relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and branch staff.
Provide regular production and performance reports to branches.
Conduct branch training sessions and workshops.
Gather feedback from branches and recommend improvements.
Support local marketing activities and promotions.
Guide branches on compliant and ethical treasury solutions.
Monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Manage expenses effectively to maximize results.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
