Job summary

Pru Life UK is launching its Nxt Gen Management Development Program (MDP), a 24-month accelerated leadership track for fresh graduates. You will rotate across Agency Sales, Data Science, Finance & Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, HR, Risk & Compliance, Legal and Technology, tackling real-world business challenges.

You’ll receive executive mentorship, lead capstone projects, and fast-track into future leadership roles. Hybrid work in Taguig, start Aug 2026, with competitive growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates of any degree or course, who have demonstrated strong academic performance (such as earning Latin Honors, being on the Dean’s List, or ranking in the top 25% of their class)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A track record of leadership — whether in student organizations, internships, volunteer work, or community impact
