We are expanding and need a high-level digital marketing expert who can manage our funnels, SEO, and social media channels to increase leads and guide parents through the enrollment journey.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and tech-savvy Funnel Designer + SEO Specialist + Social Media Manager to build and manage our full digital marketing ecosystem. Your role will directly impact parent inquiries, school tours, and student enrollment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Funnel Strategy & Design
Build and optimize a multi-stage marketing funnel (Awareness → Interest → Consideration → Enrollment) specifically for parents of preschool-aged children. Map out the parent decision journey, from lead capture to enrollment conversion. Create and deploy lead magnets, nurturing sequences, and gated content. Manage all funnel-related technology: CRM, landing page tools, email automation, forms, tracking pixels, etc.
- Digital Marketing Execution
Manage digital channels: Facebook & Instagram, SEO, Email Marketing, Google Ads & Meta Ads. Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, graphics, videos, reels). Build high-converting landing pages, lead forms, and parent onboarding flows.
- SEO Management
Conduct keyword research tailored to parents seeking preschools. Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO improvements. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for rankings and conversions. Track and report SEO performance monthly.
- Social Media Management
Build a monthly content calendar for all centers. Publish engaging content across platforms. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Manage paid ad campaigns and optimize for performance.
- Website & Inquiry Management
Maintain and update website content and pages as needed. Respond to online inquiries from parents. Coordinate and schedule preschool tours for prospective families. Track leads and conversions in the CRM.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required:
- Strong digital marketing background (3+ years preferred)
- Proven experience in funnel design and lead generation
- Skilled in SEO (on-page/off-page/local)
- Strong social media management and content creation skills
- Experience with landing page builders (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, etc.)
- Familiar with CRM + marketing automation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Must have own laptop + stable internet
- Bonus (Not required but a BIG plus):
- Experience with preschools, education, or parent-targeted marketing
- Graphic design (Canva)
- Video editing skills
- Experience with US-based companies
