Key Responsibilities
The Fundraising Associate adds value in Direct Marketing efforts by developing and cultivating new leads through SMS and email, ensuring a good donor and sponsor journey, and providing administrative support to the Direct Marketing team.
- Work with Direct Marketing Officer and Team Leaders to develop and manage lead generation and nurturing campaign throughout the year.
- Provide a delightful new sponsor and donor experience thru sending of welcome kit via email including printing and mailing of hard copies of welcome kit to newly acquired sponsors within a given timeframe.
- Research speaking opportunities, events, and promotional/sponsorship opportunities which support the organization’s strategic direction and provide necessary recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to Direct Marketing team by proper filing and safekeeping of important documents and marketing collaterals and recommend any needed repairs and refurbishment based on comprehensive inventory.
- Organizational Contributions
- Transfer leads from lead generation channels to Brand Advocate Team Leaders for telemarketing
- Create Partner IDs (PIDs) for the newly acquired leads and posting completely and accurately at SIMMA all information including collection reports and other related interactions with the PID
- Prepare and implement lead nurturing templates and activities such as emails/SMS/viber and other channels used by the Team for awareness and conversion
- Submit report in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the New Sponsor Engagement team under Donor Care for proper turnover of the new sponsors and with Finance for processing of donations and ensuring provision of OR and COD as necessary.
- Manage event itinerary, coordination, and logistics
- Responsible for preparing, delivery, and pull-out of marketing collaterals to future partner establishments.
- Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturing Participate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessary
- Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews
- Support emergency response, as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field, or equivalent experience in fundraising and direct marketing.
- At least one year of substantial experience in fundraising and direct marketing.
- Strong knowledge of direct marketing, sales, and fundraising principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and minimal supervision.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail.
