In this role, you will work closely with partners across operations and finance to support day-to-day fund accounting and administration activities. You will help identify opportunities to improve how work is performed and support the adoption of more efficient processes. You will grow your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

As a Fund servicing associate I in the Fund services team, you will support fund accounting and administration activities by executing fund servicing transactions and helping maintain accurate operational records. You will collaborate with partners across operations and finance to resolve day-to-day questions and support timely processing. You will use sound judgment, active listening, and clear communication to help address stakeholder needs. You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and supporting changes that strengthen efficiency and resiliency.

Job responsibilities:

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions accurately and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
• Partner with operations and finance stakeholders to support timely processing and resolve day-to-day servicing items.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience proposing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational resiliency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather requirements and clarify needs through active listening and questioning.
