Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in fund accounting is required.
• Ability to deliver time-sensitive daily production deliverables in an operations environment.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and controls with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with global stakeholders to resolve breaks, questions, and deadlines.
• Ability to apply an organized, investigative approach to exceptions and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely daily net asset values and respond to inquiries from internal business partners
• Monitor daily processing progress and follow up with global partners to support completion against agreed deadlines
• Partner with client service teams to research and resolve client inquiries, escalating issues when needed
• Follow documented procedures and controls to support high standards of accuracy and timeliness
• Perform daily oversight checks across the net asset value production workflow and investigate breaks or exceptions
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects, including process reviews and documentation updates
• Identify operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities to reduce risk and increase effectiveness
• Build and maintain working knowledge of assigned clients and their daily valuation and reporting needs
