Qualifications

• Experience supervising a fund accounting team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fund accounting, NAV calculation, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of fund accounting outputs.
• Lead and develop the fund accounting team, including workload allocation, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage escalations, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on reporting, audit, and operational matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
